Guruji, please clarify Day 1 to Day 6 workout program is same for all 6 weeks or different? if it's different in terms of rep. range then it's understood, if there is a complete different set of exercise then I would request you to update GM app with all links. currently I am following 6 weeks shredded program for Fat loss successful completed 1 week and entered week 2 day 4. changes are visible around shoulder chest arms and back and hopefully by the end of program will reduce belly.
