You don’t have to go down to the ground to get your ab workout in! A great workout to get the abs you’ve always wanted can be done while standing. In this video, Bowflex Fitness Advisor, Tom Holland, walks you through three ab exercises you can perform while standing to get those abs toned up!

The three standing ab workouts featured are:
1) The Cross Crunch
2) The Cross Crunch Variation (Bringing arms and legs straight up and down)
3) Boxing
