It’s New Year resolution time! And while your goal may be to hit the gym for an hour every day, there are going to be days where that’s just not going to happen. Never fear though, because we’ve got a perfect four-minute New Year resolution workout to help you get your workout in and stay consistent on the days when you just can’t fit in 30-60 minutes.

The exercises included in this workout video are:
1) Burpees
2) Pop Squats
3) Push-ups
4) Plank
5) Bicycle Crunches
6) Jumping Jacks

Each exercise is done for 40 seconds with no rest in between so your heart rate stays up.

Want to make this workout into a great 30-day four-week challenge? Do four minutes every day for one week, then do two rounds in week two for a total of eight minutes per day, do three rounds weeks three and four rounds for week number four.
