Need a quick workout for you and a friend, your spouse, or your kids? Here’s one that incorporates easy exercises that can be done by people of all ages. Working out with a partner makes the workout more fun and you can encourage each other along the way to keep each other motivated!

The workout consists of these five exercises each done for one minute, for a workout that is a total of five minutes:

1) Partner squats
2) Partner planks
3) Standing ab rotations
4) Partner push-ups
5) Partner crunches

You and your partner still have more energy and time after the workout is done? Start back over at the first exercise and repeat as many times as you like!
