I have read somewhere it says If you’re a man with more than 15% body fat or a woman with more than 25% body fat, then you should cut.
If you’re a man with 10% body fat or less or a woman with 20% body fat or less, then you should bulk.

But your program says to stay slightly above the caloric surplus.
