I've been following your videos more ore less to the letter for about 3-4 months now and my whole body has show results apart from my abs there's nothing, they're solid but no six pack, I'm 16 and a friend said that the muscle might not be developed enough but everything else is developed just not the abs not sure what I'm doing wrong

Hey Brendan, just a quick question…
I've been doing sit ups & crunches (along with all different variations such as bicycles) for about 3 months, and gotten some sick results…however, a few weeks ago, I started to experience really bad lower back pains during abs and after – I had pain for over a week! So I stopped that, and replaced it with planks, but I don't know what other stuff I can do to keep the abs and get more shredded without hurting my lower back. Some of the stuff in this video was helpful, but still looked like it involves the lower back a lot. Your insight into this will be really helpful man, I'm only 15 and I don't wanna permanently damage my spine! Thanks Brendan 😉
