This plank challenge workout will help you get a flat tummy and tone your complete upper body. This plank workout contains several plank variations. You can do this as a one-time challenge or as a 30 day plank challenge, to see how strong you get over the course of a month. If you do these planks every day, you are likely to see impressive changes!

This plank workout contains only 5 exercises for a flat stomach. You’ll do each of the moves in this planking challenge for 30 seconds followed by 5 seconds of rest. 30 seconds may not seem like a long time to hold a plank but we promise you’ll be getting an intense six pack abs workout and you’ll feel it.

If you are a beginner shoot to do just 1-2 rounds of this push plank challenge. If you are more advanced try to do 3-4 rounds of this planking routine.
