Can you still have lower belly fat at 9% bodyfat cause I still have it like a pooch. Is just cause I needa strengthen the area, can anyone tell me why I have that problem. Or do I need to keep going low on body fat. That’s my only problem. I think it has to do with my weak lower abs

But do you need to be doing this even when bulking. Will your belly start sagging when your on a bulk. Don’t your have strengthen the area. Even if your at a high body fat will your lower stomach still be flat.
