Yo okay I have a question. I am a skateboarder first and a gym dude tryna make gains 2nd. I’ve been lifting for a few years now so I have a good handle on it and I’ve seen great results in the gym BUT I feel like the build up of lactic acid in my muscles from lifting makes my body so stiff! I’ve been skating way longer than lifting (roughly 13 years) And my skateboarding has definitely taken a major hit over the past year&1/2 or so from lifting…. what kind of training would you suggest to someone who wants to stay nice and light and loose and mobile but still make muscular gains?? Please respond! I need help! Thanks dude!
