Seriously?! These are NOT going to develop abs. SO mundane! Please don't have videos like this. I have been in fitness for over 5 decades and have seen most everything. Cute looking stuff but not effective. Now IF you have NEVER EVER exercised or are over 70 or 80, then MAYBE. Honestly, these are useless – and not trying to be rude.
