Start with (Beginner and intermediate)

1.Glute Bridges (double leg and single leg)
2. Hamstring Wall Walks
3. Plank Position and move hands floor to wall

ADVANCED:

4.Decline Plank with knee tucks
5.Travel up to a handstand
6. One leg off at a time

Hi there, I have a problem. I have the same pink mat I try the wall exercises closed to the wall and 8 inches back from the wall. And no matter where I put my hands even holding onto the mat my body wants to slide backwards. I've tried it on carpet and I get nothing but rug burns on my back how do you stay put without sliding.
