* Do 30 seconds on / 30 seconds off (or 45 seconds on / 15 seconds off if you want to challenge yourself).
* Complete 3-5 rounds.

Hey Rachel I know this is a ab workout and all but I’ve been running for about 3 .5months now and eat clean yet I haven’t seen much of a difference in my thighs.I run,walk,do hiitt,and abs and I’ve only seen a slight change.I want my thighs to be slimmer I was wondering if you had any tips for me.Thank you so much.btw I’m a mesomorph.
