Sqube says:

This is a fantastic video, and I'm looking forward to including these in my workout routine. A couple of questions:

1. Do you think it's alright to do these exercises every day?

2. Are you planning on doing a video for strengthening the lower back in particular? I've had issues with mine, and I'm looking for specific exercises I can do that'll ensure I don't have lower back issues going forward.

Happy 1213 says:

what do you do with breathing control when performing these exercises e.g breath in and out? do you also tense your abs while performing these?
