6 minutes or less to help flatten that stomach with this intermediate level abs routine #5. Exercises by repetition. This ab burner workout includes five abdominal exercises that can be completed under six minutes.

1. Reverse table extended arm crunch clockwise (25 reps)
2. Reverse table extended arm crunch counter clockwise (25 reps)
3. Side crunch left (elbow to knee) (25 reps)
4. Side crunch right (elbow to knee) (25 reps)
5. Out-ins six inches (50 reps)
6. Table position elbow to knee (25 reps/side)
