Contract your abdominal muscles and move your legs like scissors while holding your feet above the surface.
Do this slowly and concentrate on your contracted abdominals. Repeat 10 times.

Spread your arms while holding the noodle, keep your legs together and bend your knees. Straighten your together to the right, bend your knees again and straighten your legs tot the left.
Inhale when you bend your knees and exhale when you straighten your legs.
