this workout was created to destroy your belly fat and to make your abdominal muscles leaner and more visible (although… your diet is the basis). Superhumans can repeat this routine 2 times. BUT! One is also pretty nice result.
Using gliding discs, mat and 3kg dumbells. And maybe sofa.. yes..

This ABS workout is great, I tried it this morning , very challenged, I have ankle pain for one week more, so now, I can't jump ..will wait for full recovery then begin cardio 🙂 See u !

Málem mi upadly břišní svaly 🙂 Tohle bylo skvělé cvičení, spoustu těch cviků jsem viděla poprvé. Normálně nemám cvičení břicha moc ráda, ale tohle mě bavilo.
