The amazing Ugur Cevher uses a continuous sequence of abs crunches and leg lifts to work his amazing mid-section – followed by a long squeeze to exhaust the muscles. But for added intensity, he employs the Vacuum Stomach technique to really work the abdominals.
Note – the Vacuum Stomach move is a tricky and potentially painful technique which should only be employed with correct form.

He is tired after 20 crunches and 20 legs raises? Wtf I am training voleyball for 5 yars and even tho I don't have abs like this I have 100x better stamina. Stamina >useless abs
