In general this abs guide “suza great plan” (Google it) is a good guide and a must have for anyone who wants Six pack abs. In summary, if you want to look great (and I am sure, feel great also!) get this book. I have only begun to implement the wisdom within and yes, there`s some work involved.

i always here to not push our abs out during a plank. How can i work on that? i feel like all i do is push them out even when i concentrate on the movement.
