Just wonderful, I've been looking for "hanging sit up" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried – Bondraw Firm Ferriferous – (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my brother in law got amazing results with it.

I am going to do these. I will try to do 50. plus other physical activity. I have to lose my flabby belly. I have toned it up. But I gained the fat back. My tummy has never been flat expect for when I was really young. And even when I was thin I always had a small pouch.

if you have tight hamstrings this is not really possible. I can get my legs to about 40degs at most.

When I lift or lower my legs, idk my nerves or ligaments on my legs towards the waist pop or get pulled in a weird way:/
