This 5 minute abs workout works both abs and obliques plus lower abs in a short 5 minute abs exercises series. This express abs routine is ideal for when you’re short on time and will help you get flat abs in a flash. Give this 5 minute core workout a try a few times a week and you’ll be surprised at the difference you see in your abs!

There are 4 ab exercises in this express 5 minute abs routine. You’ll do each of the flat abs moves for 30 seconds followed by 10 seconds of rest. If you are a beginner looking to get ripped abs, shoot for 2 rounds for a complete 5 minute ab workout. If you are more advanced you can do 4 or 6 rounds to extend this 5 minute core workout into a longer upper abs and lower abs routine.
