A short (around 5 min) dynamic stretch routine for martial artists, trickers, fighters, or any other kind of athletes who may need to stretch when they don’t have much time, or space or are in an area where they can’t sit or lie down on the ground. (Muddy or cold surfaces, etc).

These are great stretches for at my desk at work. I don't do the kicks but the rest of it is very nice for an afternoon stretch. Then I take a 10 min walk for a complete 15 min break.

well done- a basic factoid- the best time to stretch is on warm muscles- modify the windmill to protect your back- bent leg- using arm to leg for support-

I work a sedentary job in an office environment. We try to do a short stretch routine for our 10:00 break. We've got a few construction worker videos we like, but yours was definitely something new for us and got the blood flowing a bit. Thank you for posting.

thanks for this routine this will indefinitely help a lot of people. However, I do feel that it can be further improved if you implement stretching used in parkour.

On a side note, I was wandering if warming up is necessary before stretching?
