Everyone, I suggest and have been doing the 4th exercise as just normal sit-ups due to the exercise not burning your abs but only hurting your back, arms and legs. I hope we can benefit more with sit-ups.

Did not feel anything after. Is this normal? I do 30 push ups and 1minute planking for a month before doing this. Im assuming is it because of that?
