Day 30 journey starting Christmas Eve now done! Obliques more defined, core stronger. Combined workout with 30 min yoga challenge a day, 10 min meditation daily and 5km run daily too. Reduced carb intake. Not quite 6 pack but got some benefits


Hello guys I need ur help
My weight is 64kg earlier it was 70+kg but on maintaining diet it get reduced to 64 kg( just checked yesterday) now my plan is to get six pack abs but I have some belly fat … So pls suggest and guide me in good direction ,,doing this 30 days challenge will work perfect ,if I feel some change I will keep it for 3 to 4 month but just clarify me it is good for the belly fat( not too more) person , pls pls pls suggest me I m waiting for yours reply and by the way my height is 5 feet 6 inch ……

Please avoid cool drinks fast food and do practice before eating


It's fact that it seems easy when you watch the video and when you take position and start doing it you are gonna kiss the pain and you will start watching another YouTube video. But Hope all goes well.


Guys.. Day 30 out of Day 30 DONE! ✅ six pack is showing however need to work on it a bit more to get it bulking out 100% it’s only at 50% now.. just one more month!!
