Omg I've just started doing core exercises and I was trying to do really difficult work outs and I thought I just sucked at abs 😆 it took me a little while to realize that I'm a beginner so I need beginner work outs lol glad I found this!

Good morning just completed your workout 🏋️‍♀️ It was not as easy as it looked but also not so challenging that I couldn’t manage it. Going to continue as I have NO core strength I haven’t exercised in YEARS!!!!!!!!
