Increase your abs strength and flat your belly with this abs workout. This workout uses an exercise ball to give you more variation in your movement, which will have a positive effect on your results.

The workout consists of one set of 5 exercises that is repeated twice, resulting in a 2 x 5-minute workout. You will have a short water break between sets.
